Order

Kindly place order at least 3-4 days in advance before collection date. The earlier the better.

Give us a call at 03 -77258930 to inquire about available dates.

For orders within 24 hours, a RM20 surcharge is applicable per box provided that we are not fully booked for the requested date. Collection for 24 hour orders will be after 6pm the next day.

Customisation

At no extra charge, customers are entitled to:

a) add a custom message (1 letter per cupcake)

b) request for custom colour change (choose a max of 3)

Other forms of customisations;

-design mix between our catalogue collections RM120

- custom & personal design (please provide reference picture) RM140

All customisation is subject to approval. We have the right to decline custom requests & suggest alternatives.

Please be advised we cant guarantee the outcome of the custom colours & custom designs you choose will be favourable to your liking. if you are willing to take the risk, we will proceed with the order, however no refund or compensation requests will be entertained should the final product be deemed unsatisfactory.

Payment

Full payment is required when placing orders. A min of 50% deposit can be placed for orders exceeding RM200 only. All paid orders, deposits and goods sold are non-exchangable and non-refundable.

Changes

Please double check your order thoroughly before making payment. Changes can only be made 7 days prior to collection date, by coming in to the shop with your original order form & receipt.

A surcharge of RM10 per box may be applicable for any changes made.

Important! Orders made 3 business days prior to collection cannot be ammended. Same goes for last minute change requests, 3 days prior to collection date.

Orders may not be decreased as balance cannot be refunded. A credit note will be given, valid for 30 days only from date of receipt.

In the case where an order quantity is increased , the new balance must be settled within 24 hours via payment at the shop. Same goes for any 'changes' surcharge billed to the customer.

Cancellation

No refunds are possible for cancellation of orders under any circumstances.

Collection

Customer is responsible for their own timely collection. We close at 10pm sharp daily.

PLEASE present your receipt upon collection, otherwise we cannot allow collection. If you are appointing someone to collect on your behalf, please pass the receipt to them. In the case of loss of receipt, please prepare a letter with your name, phone no, identification and bill number (if any) for collection.

Unfortunately, Bite Me card stamps will no longer be given out upon purchases until further notice.

Uncollected cupcakes will be discarded after 5 days. No refund will be given for uncollected cupcakes as cost and labour has gone into the making of the cupcakes.

Cupcakes are extremely fragile, please handle with extra care. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper handling by the customer.

A 50% - 100% surcharge is applicable for all cupcake rescue & corrections caused by customer's mishandling only up to a certain degree. subject to approval. If damage is extensive and deemed unrepairable, customer may opt to purchase another set at normal price and collect at 6pm the next day.
